Damon Chow.

Founder & CEO

Damon's journey into marketing started far from home. While studying in Taiwan, he discovered a passion for digital marketing — a field that was still finding its footing in Malaysia at the time.

Inspired by what he saw, he came back with one mission: to bring world-class digital marketing to Malaysian brands. In the early days, it wasn't easy — the industry was new, the landscape was unfamiliar. But Damon's passion kept him going.

What drove him most was seeing clients grow. Watching a small brand reach new audiences, generate real revenue, and build something lasting — that became the heartbeat of YoungMinds.

Today, with a team of 20 and over 300 brands served, that passion hasn't changed — it's just grown bigger.
